The Farmhouse
Can Burguès is a Catalan farmhouse whose origins date back to the 13th century. Like many Catalan farmhouses, it has been passed down from generation to generation until today.
It still retains the structure and rustic style that are characteristic of it and that have been shaped over time, maintaining its original charm and beauty.
The gardens and fields surrounding it create an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
Agrotourism
Agrotourism is a type of tourism linked to agricultural activities and rural life. This form of tourism offers a more authentic experience to travelers, as they have the opportunity to stay in a farmhouse, gaining a closer view of agricultural practices and rural life.
It promotes sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, allowing direct contact with nature, learning about agriculture and the origin of the food we consume, and provides economic support to farming families.
Agrotourism is an alternative to fast travel and conventional, crowded tourist destinations.
The family
Pep and Dolors decided over 20 years ago to diversify their agricultural activity by renovating part of the farmhouse to use it as tourist accommodation.
Today, Marta and Laia, the daughters, continue on this path with the same enthusiasm and dedication.
As a family business, we all work hard every day to advance this project, with the hope of continually growing and improving.
We offer a family-friendly service to our guests, establishing a close and friendly relationship to ensure they have a pleasant stay.
