The booking is valid for people and dates listed on the Booking Confirmation. Any modification shall be requested to the landlord, who reserves the right to accept or refuse it subject to availability.
25% of the total rental fee must be paid when booking. The rest will be required on arrival. The deposit will be held as security by the landlord against non-payment of rent by the tenant and for any damage caused to the property by the tenant. The deposit will be returned to the tenant upon departure after inspection.
Inside the accommodation, the tenant will find a sheet of rules and recommendations, a complaint form and a satisfaction survey.
The tenant is responsible for any possible damages to the accommodation during the course of the tenancy.
The time of arrival is between 15pm and 20pm on the entry date. If the tenant arrives later, it must be notified to the landlord. The departure time is by 10am on the departure date.
Electricity and water supply, heating, rates, Internet access and cleaning are included in the rent. On departure, the tenant must leave the premises in a clean and tidy state and condition.
The tenant must not keep any domestic pets without the prior consent of the landlord. In any case, they must be kept under control. They must not cause a nuisance or annoyance to any person and must not enter into the swimming pool area.
The premises and facilities of Can Burguès may only be used by the persons named in the reservation.
In the event of cancellation by the tenant then the following charges become applicable:
More than 30 days prior to arrival date: 5% of the down payment
Between 30-7 days prior to arrival date: 50 % of full cost.
Less that 7 days prior to arrival date: 100% of full cost.
The tenant can be forced to leave the rented premises for anti-social behaviour or for an improperly use of the property and facilities. In that case, the tenant is not entitled to complain or to compensation.
